Through small-group classes built around the idea that each individual is an athlete, XC10 skilled coaches meet the clients where they are and craft routines to meet their specific needs. To take it a step further we pride ourselves on providing elite services of fitness, sports performance training, leadership development and educational success for student-athletes and sports families.
It’s a level of training and commitment typically reserved for NCAA Division 1 athletes. That’s why XC10 athletes are more committed to their fitness/athletic development — and more willing to pay a higher membership fee than people who join a typical neighborhood workout franchise.

XC10 has been designed for every athlete in every sport, in any condition. Every athlete needs to be stronger, faster and quicker. Because our skilled coaches recognize the limitations of an athlete in the moment, they’re able to suggest activities to improve the athlete’s overall performance in sports, academics or on a personal level. Our small-group setting provides encouragement and accountability. The result is a long-term relationship between the members and their XC10 staff that leads to long-term success.
Athletes in the youth categories, the JUNIORS and PROPECTS classes, typically come to us in elementary school or during the early years of highschool. By the time these student athletes turn 15 and transition to our TOP PROSPECTS class, they and their parents are eyeing continued sports participation into college — often at a Division 1, U Sports, Cegep, or Prep School athletics program.
The GROUP FITNESS classes are for adults who may have fallen out of shape or are just looking to get back into shape, starting with the basics.
